Hungary

Hungary, a landlocked country in Central Europe, is known for its rich history, vibrant cultural traditions, and stunning architectural landmarks such as the Parliament Building and Buda Castle in Budapest.

Danube

As the Danube River flows through Hungary, it makes a dramatic 90-degree southward turn through the Pilis Mountains, creating the breathtaking ‘Danube Bend’ (Dunakanyar), considered one of the most scenic stretches of the entire river. Overlooking this famous bend is the historic town of Visegrád, renowned for its imposing hilltop citadel that once served as a medieval royal palace and a crucial strategic fortress defending the Hungarian kingdom.
