Bagan
Bagan, an ancient city located in the Mandalay Region of Myanmar, is renowned for its extensive archaeological area filled with thousands of temples, pagodas, and stupas. Dating back to the 9th to 13th centuries, Bagan was the capital of the Pagan Kingdom, which first unified the regions that would later constitute modern Myanmar.
